Exchanges and Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return it. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or return.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To arrange for an exchange or return, send us an email at email@example.com. Please remember to include your order number in the email.
We will arrange to collect your return free of charge. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return.
If you are approved, then your exchange or return will be processed. In the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
